Company History

Before the incorporation of Q-Peak on July 1, 1998, the organization operated as
the Research Division of Schwartz Electro-Optics.
The Research Division, founded in 1985, had a long record of success in solid state lasers,
now being carried forward through a new company, Q-Peak.
The company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Physical Sciences Inc.
(PSI, Andover, MA) on October 15, 2001.
