Q-Peak carries out a wide range of contract research and development
programs in the fields of solid state lasers, nonlinear optics and related technologies.
Our customers include the US Government and a variety of private organizations,
ranging from emerging companies to major aerospace contractors.
Q-Peak has a broad range of expertise and can conduct fundamental research
investigating new lasers, nonlinear optical devices and laser materials
as well as development of entire prototype photonics systems for a variety
of applications. Where appropriate, Q-Peak also has the capability for volume
production of devices and systems. Much of the direct Government contract support
is in response to Broad Agency Announcements or through the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program,
and has led to the development of new commercial products and activities
for the company.

for industrial or aerospace customers is proprietary, and thus we take care
to maintain confidentiality. Our SBIR programs, being a matter of public record, are less
proprietary, and we provide a summary of our efforts for selected SBIR programs here.
