Responsible for technical activities related to contract
research and development of new diode-pumped solid state (bulk and fiber) lasers, laser systems and/or
associated nonlinear optics. Qualified candidates will have a demonstrated record of independent achievement
in laser and nonlinear optics design, engineering, and construction. Experience and/or interest in developing new contract efforts is highly desired.
US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
Education: Ph. D. in Physics, Chemistry or Electrical Engineering or a lower-level degree coupled with suitable
postgraduate experience.
